4. Cancellation & Refunds

10. Hotel Policies
- Check-in: 2:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM. Early check-ins or late check-outs are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
- Room upgrades and preferences are available at an extra charge.
11. Booking Policies
- Once your booking is confirmed, no modifications or cancellations are permitted.
- Payments are non-refundable, including cases of no-shows.
- Guests must ensure all necessary travel documents such as passports and visas are valid before travel.
12. Sightseeing & Schedules
- Sightseeing schedules are fixed; any late arrivals will result in missed activities, with no refunds offered.
- Any delays caused by guests may incur penalties.
- Activities may be subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances, including weather conditions or operational issues.
13. Grievance Redressal
- Any complaints or grievances should be reported immediately to the Mytoursmates Support Team during your trip.
- Complaints raised after the completion of the trip may not be entertained.
14. Early Check-Out or Missed Services
- No refunds will be provided for unused services (e.g., hotel nights, meals, or sightseeing) due to personal reasons such as early check-out or missed services.
15. Transportation
- Transfers for sightseeing and hotel pick-ups/drop-offs are included as per the package itinerary.
- Guest delays may result in missed transfers or activities without refunds.
16. Additional Services Policy
- Extra services, such as room upgrades, additional sightseeing, meals, or transfers, must be requested and paid for in advance.
- All extra services are subject to availability and confirmation from Mytoursmates.
- Charges for extra services, once paid, are non-refundable.
17. Visa Services
- We assist with visa processing, but please be aware that visa approval is at the sole discretion of the embassy or consulate.
- If your visa application is rejected by the embassy, we are not liable for the rejection and no refund will be provided.
- It is your responsibility to confirm the visa requirements and duration before submission. We do not guarantee visa approval.
18. Flight Delays
- Any delay caused by the flight or airline may lead to missed activities or services. We are not responsible for such delays or any inconvenience caused.
19. Rate Validity
- Rates provided are valid for 24 hours only. After this period, the rates may be subject to change due to fluctuations in exchange rates, airline pricing, or other market factors.
- Rates are not guaranteed until full payment has been received and processed.

- Before traveling, ensure that you are fully aware of the country’s specific travel guidelines and requirements, including but not limited to minimum balance, required certificates, and health regulations.
- We are not responsible for any failure to meet these requirements, and any resulting consequences are your responsibility.
