    4. All communication, including booking confirmations, will be sent through the contact details provided by the traveler.


    2. Services

    1. Mytoursmates provides international travel packages, trade fair tours, and customized travel services.

    2. All services are subject to availability, confirmation, and acceptance by Mytoursmates.

    3. We act solely as an intermediary between travelers and third-party service providers such as airlines, hotels, transport operators, and visa agencies.

    4. Mytoursmates is not responsible for any errors, omissions, or acts of such third parties.


    3. Booking & Payment

    1. Bookings shall be considered confirmed only upon receipt of 100% payment.

    2. Payments must be made through approved payment channels.

    3. Prices are subject to change based on availability, supplier policies, and exchange rate fluctuations.

    4. Mytoursmates reserves the right to cancel any booking due to non-payment or incomplete documentation.

    5. Any new government taxes or surcharges imposed after booking shall be borne by the traveler.


    4. Cancellation & Refunds

    1. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to Mytoursmates@gmail.com.

    2. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the cancellation policy of the respective service providers.

    3. Mytoursmates service fees and administrative charges are non-refundable.

    4. Refund processing time may vary depending on third-party policies.

    5. No refund will be given for no-shows, early check-outs, or unused services.


    5. Travel Documents & Responsibilities

    1. Travelers are solely responsible for obtaining valid passports, visas, and other required travel documents.

    2. Mytoursmates shall not be liable for visa rejections, delays, or entry denials caused by incorrect documentation or traveler negligence.

    3. Travelers must comply with all health, financial, and entry requirements of the destination country.


    6. Liability Disclaimer

    1. Mytoursmates shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, accident, delay, or irregularity arising from third-party services.

    2. We do not guarantee uninterrupted website access or error-free operation.

    3. Mytoursmates is not responsible for losses caused by natural disasters, strikes, wars, pandemics, or other force majeure events.

    4. In no event shall our liability exceed the total amount paid by the traveler for the affected booking.


    7. Privacy Policy

    By using our services, you agree to our Privacy Policy regarding the collection and use of personal information.
    We share personal data only for operational and booking-related purposes.


    8. Intellectual Property

    All content on the Mytoursmates website, including text, graphics, images, and logos, is our exclusive property.
    Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.


    9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

    These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
    Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Amravati, Maharashtra.


    10. Hotel Policies

    1. Standard check-in time: 3:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM.

    2. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and additional charges.

    3. Room upgrades or special preferences are subject to extra cost and availability.

    4. Personal expenses such as room service, mini-bar, and laundry are not included and must be paid directly to the hotel. and Food quality during international tours is beyond our control and responsibility.


    11. Booking Policy

    1. Once a booking is confirmed, no modification, cancellation, or transfer is permitted.

    2. All payments are non-refundable, including cases of no-shows.

    3. Travelers must ensure valid passports, visas, and documentation before departure.


    12. Sightseeing & Schedules

    1. Sightseeing schedules are fixed; late arrivals will result in missed activities without refund.

    2. Activities may be modified or cancelled due to weather, operational, or safety reasons.

    3. Mytoursmates reserves the right to rearrange itineraries for operational efficiency.


    13. Grievance Redressal

    1. Any complaints must be reported immediately to the Mytoursmates Support Team or Tour Manager during the trip.

    2. Post-tour complaints will not be entertained.


    14. Early Check-Out or Missed Services

    No refunds shall be issued for unused hotel nights, meals, or other services resulting from personal decisions or early departure.


    15. Transportation

    1. Transfers and sightseeing will be provided as per the confirmed itinerary.

    2. Delays by travelers may result in missed services without refund or rescheduling.


    16. Additional Services Policy

    1. Extra services such as room upgrades, added sightseeing, or special meals must be requested and paid for in advance.

    2. These services are subject to availability and non-refundable once confirmed.


    17. Visa Services

    1. Mytoursmates assists with visa applications but does not guarantee approval.

    2. Visa issuance is at the sole discretion of the respective embassy or consulate.

    3. No refund shall be provided in case of visa rejection or processing delays.


    18. Flight Delays

    1. Mytoursmates shall not be responsible for flight delays, cancellations, or rescheduling by airlines.

    2. Missed services due to such delays will not be compensated.


    19. Rate Validity

    1. Rates provided are valid for 24 hours from quotation.

    2. Prices may change based on exchange rates or supplier revisions.

    3. Rates are confirmed only after full payment is received.


    20. Country Guidelines

    Travelers must comply with all destination-specific entry rules, including financial, health, and documentation requirements.
    Mytoursmates is not liable for denied entries or deportation due to non-compliance.


    21. General Disclaimer

    By booking through Mytoursmates, you acknowledge that:

    • Visa approval, flight punctuality, and itinerary adherence are beyond our control.

    • Travelers are advised to purchase comprehensive travel insurance.

    • Mytoursmates is not responsible for losses arising from unforeseen events.


    22. Immigration & Traveler Conduct

    1. Travelers must obey all laws, customs, and immigration requirements of the destination country.

    2. The company shall not be liable for penalties, detention, or deportation caused by the traveler’s actions or misinformation.


    23. Itinerary & Operational Flexibility

    1. Itineraries are indicative and may change due to operational or external conditions.

    2. Mytoursmates reserves the right to substitute hotels, vehicles, or activities to ensure service continuity.

    3. The decision of the Tour Manager / Company Representative shall be final and binding.


    24. Corporate, Group & Expo Tour Policy

    1. Right to Modify or Alter Itinerary
      Mytoursmates reserves the absolute right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to alter, amend, or modify any part of the itinerary, travel schedule, hotel arrangements, transportation, or sightseeing program due to operational requirements, local conditions, government directives, safety considerations, or any unforeseen circumstances.
      Such modifications shall not entitle the traveler to any refund, compensation, or claim of any nature whatsoever.
      All decisions taken by the company or its authorized representatives in this regard shall be final and binding on all participants.

    2. Immigration and Delay Responsibility
      Mytoursmates shall not be held liable or responsible for any delay, denial of entry, deportation, detention, or additional costs arising due to immigration, customs, airline procedures, or actions by any governmental authority.
      Any loss of services, missed activities, or financial implications resulting from such delays shall be solely borne by the traveler.
      The company is not obligated to provide any refund or compensation under such circumstances.

    3. Obligation to Follow Tour Coordinator’s Instructions
      All travelers are required to adhere to the instructions, directions, and schedules provided by the Tour Coordinator / Tour Manager appointed by Mytoursmates.
      Non-compliance, misbehavior, or disregard of instructions may result in removal from the group or denial of further services, without any refund or compensation.
      Any damages, delays, or financial losses incurred due to such non-compliance shall be the sole responsibility of the traveler.

    4. Change of Hotel or Accommodation Category
      Mytoursmates reserves the right to substitute the confirmed hotel or accommodation with another of similar or higher category, based on operational or unforeseen circumstances such as overbooking, maintenance, or safety concerns.
      Room categories and specific preferences are strictly subject to availability at the time of check-in.
      Such changes shall not constitute a breach of contract or grounds for refund or compensation.

    5. Operational Flexibility and Force Majeure
      a. The sequence of sightseeing, activities, or transportation may be rearranged or rescheduled based on local traffic conditions, weather, or operational requirements.
      b. In the event of force majeure circumstances (including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, political unrest, flight cancellations, weather disruptions, or government restrictions), certain services or portions of the tour may be altered, postponed, or cancelled without prior notice.
      c. Mytoursmates shall not be liable to refund, compensate, or reimburse any amount in such cases.
      d. The company’s decision in all matters pertaining to the conduct and continuation of the tour shall be final, conclusive, and binding on all participants.
